The laboratory hammer crusher is a crusher that directly crushes materials with a maximum particle size of 50-150 mm to below 1, 3, 6, and 13 mm for laboratory sample preparation.
The laboratory hammer crusher is mainly used for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing of raw materials. Such as coal, coke, limestone, pyrite, phosphate rock, coal gangue and other materials that need to be crushed. The crushing method is chopping crushing. The maximum lumpness of the material to be crushed should be less than 10--60 mm of the size of the nozzle of the selected machine model. The specific size should refer to the technical parameter table. The compressive strength of the crushed material is ≤800MPa.
This series of machines is a sealed high-speed crushing and shrinking combination machine. Its working principle uses impact crushing. When the material enters the crusher, it is impacted by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotor movable hammerhead, so that it obtains a certain kinetic energy, so that the material and the inner wall collide with each other, rub, and crush. It can be directly reduced into a sample with a particle size of less than 6 mm or less than 3 mm and a weight equal to 1/8 of the feed sample.
The machine completes three steps of crushing, sample mixing and shrinking quickly and continuously, which greatly improves the work efficiency, completely replaces and surpasses manual operation, avoids the error of manual operation, and avoids dust pollution, so that the staff can have a healthy work surroundings.
