Product Structure:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, shaft, jaw plates, connecting rod, adjusting mechanism and locking spring.
The motor is driven to the eccentric shaft by the V-belt , and the material is broken by the action of eccentricity and connecting rod. The output size is adjustable.
1. Main Body: fixed jaw plate is installed on the front wall, toggle plates on both sides are installed to avoid ore directly hitting the body. The fixed jaw plate at the front is equipped with eccentric adjustment mechanism, and the front and rear of the body is equipped with sealing plate to prevent dust from rising. The upper part is equipped with a movable cover feeding hopper, feeding and dust prevention.
2. The eccentric shaft is installed on the support seat with bearing, one end of which is fixed with belt pulley, and the eccentric part is equipped with movable jaw.
3 .Adjusting mechanism: use a handle to adjust discharge port size to get different output granularity.
4. The locking tension spring is arranged at the lower part of the machine body, connected to the ear hook at the lower end of the connecting rod by the tension spring, and the end hook is on the adjusting screw. When the connecting rod swings forward, the inertia force generated by the connecting rod is leveled by the tension spring, so as to ensure the close combination of the moving jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate in the work.
