Features:

The machine is composed of a moving barrel, a frame, a rotating wall, a motor, a deceleration device, etc., and is frequency-controlled. The barrel body is made of 304 high-quality stainless steel, the inner barrel body is finely polished and mirrored, and the outer barrel body is matt brushed and polished. When the materials are mixed, the flow effect is good, no dead corners, and no contaminants. The stainless steel butterfly valve has good sealing effect, convenient operation and easy cleaning. The frame is made of 10# channel steel, and the outer wall is made of brushed and polished SUS-304 sheet. The appearance is flat and beautiful, which meets the requirements of GMP verification.

Principle:
The mixing drum of this machine runs in multiple directions, the material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, stratification, and accumulation. The weight ratio of each component can be very different, the mixing rate can reach 99.9%, and the maximum loading coefficient can reach 0.8 (ordinary mixer 0.4-0.6), high efficiency, short mixing time, small footprint, energy-saving and high-efficiency mixer, this machine accelerates the flow and diffusion due to multi-directional mixing during operation, and solves the problem of centrifugal force caused by general mixers. The resulting material density segregation and accumulation phenomenon, mixing without dead ends, can effectively ensure the best quality of the mixture.
