The fire assay method is the method of smelting ores and metallurgical products with flux to quantitatively determine the content of precious metals. This method has the advantages of good sampling representativeness, wide applicability, and good enrichment effect. It is an important means for chemical analysis of gold, silver and precious metals.
The high-temperature sample fusion furnace and high-temperature cupellation furnace are used in the detection process of the fire assay. The furnace temperature reaches above 1000ºC, and its high-temperature radiation and harmful gas volatilization have seriously affected the physical and mental health of the operators. The use of fire assay auxiliary tools can reduce the work intensity of operators, improve work efficiency, and avoid high-temperature radiation.
The Fire Assay Multi-load and Multi-pour Tools are divided into 25 positions, 30 positions, 50 positions, 84 positions, and 100 positions according to the size of the furnace, and they can also be customized.
Hot Pot Trolley: a trolley to storage hot crucibles.
