Electric Crucible Loader Trolley
Crucible is an important part of chemical instruments. It is a vessel for melting and refining liquid metal and heating and reacting between solid and liquid. It is the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of chemical reactions. In some fields, it is necessary to use crucibles to hold minerals for smelting. For example, in the field of fire assays, crucibles are often used as containers for melting in the sample melting furnace. However, due to the high temperature in the sample melting furnace (about 1000°C), manual placement is unchanged and cannot be placed uniformly. The use of crucible automatic sample delivery equipment prevents the staff from directly contacting the high-temperature sample melting furnace, and the grid can be evenly placed in the sample melting furnace to improve production efficiency.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we designed an electric crucible loader that can be placed evenly while avoiding direct contact with the high-temperature melting furnace by the staff. This crucible lofting car can ensure the safety of the operators and improve work efficiency.
The movable frame is provided with a guide wheel that is slidably connected to the guide post, and the guide wheel is rotatably connected to the movable frame. A support frame is fixed on the movable frame. The width of the support frame is greater than the width between the two guide posts. Fixedly connected with the support frame.
The lifting mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder arranged on a support, a hydraulic pump is connected to the hydraulic cylinder, and a power source is connected to the hydraulic pump. A sprocket is rotatably connected between the support plates, and a chain is connected to the sprocket in a toothed shape. One end of the chain is fixed with the moving frame, and the other end of the chain is fixed with the bracket.
The controller includes an emergency stop switch, an up switch, a down switch and a voltmeter connected with the power supply and the hydraulic pump.
