Product Description
This Laboratory Bottle Roller equipment is a dual-purpose machine and can be used for sample mixing and bar grinding. Active drum is driven by stepless speed regulator, and other idlers are driven by synchronous wheel and belt. There are three types of structure: single layer, double layer and three layer. Three or five drums can be selected according to the diameter of sample barrel and bar grinding tank.
The bottle mixer relies on a rotating drum and uses the material's own weight to continuously flip for mixing.
Advantages: good mixing and dispersion effect, convenient adjustment, stable production. Also save investment, reduce energy consumption and production costs, and improve the operating environment.
It can be widely used in industries such as powder chemical industry, food machinery, feed machinery, magnetic materials, electrical porcelain parts, and architectural ceramics.
1. Place the sample barrel between driving roller and driven roller.
2. Press RUN button to start the converter.
3. By rotating the speed control knob on the frequency converter to get the appropriate running speed.
4. Press STOP button to stop.
5. To reverse mixing the sample, place the barrel between the driving roller and another group of driven roller.
6. Press the REV button, then the motor is reversed.
7. Press RUN button to start the converter.
8. By rotating the speed control knob to get the appropriate running speed.
