With the continuous development of industrial modernization, the number and types of samples tested in sample preparation room and laboratory are more and more, and the requirements for the environment of sample preparation room and laboratory are more and more strict, especially to improve the working environment of staff. For the increasingly important requirements of laboratory dust removal and the exhaust system, our company has specially designed and developed a complete set of dust removal and the exhaust system for sample preparation room and laboratory according to the existing form, using filter cartridge pulse dust removal system.
Cartridge filter adopts one kind of micro filter which includes activated carbon adsorbent material. So it can filter 99.9% submicron particle.
· Advanced Function: Adoption of the latest German dedusting technology which is different from traditional ventilation exhaust, water filter and bag filter and can collecting and even recycling of small dust.
· Superior Quality: All main parts are made from imported material, which offers incomparable filtrability and ventilation compared to common material. Every square meter can handle minimum 0.1 micron dust while flow rate can reach 235 m3/h. Filtration efficiency is greatly increased because of folding type structure by comparing with bag filter .
· Intelligent Control: Famous brand microcomputer control combines with pneumatic control system to ensure machine to work effectively and stably, which is more stable and intelligent and easier to operate and control.
· Intelligent Test: Intelligent negative pressure detection system offers automatic cleaning when filter element is blocked and negative pressure in box increases.
· Applicability: the use of advanced manufacturing technology, the volume is the same bag type collector filtration area 1/3, convenient transportation, and can be a good place for a variety of installation, stacked shape design, blue and white contrast color spray, beautiful and practical.
