Product Description

 

The traditional bulk cargo terminal without belt conveyor only rely on crane to unload the bulk commodities which make sampling complicated and difficult. Manual-labor sampling increase workloads of workers, and also threat personnel safety.
Through researching on bulk cargo port and communication with port authority, we design a transportable automation sampling system including sampling cart, belt conveyor, sample divider and waste sample belt machine, automatic packaging machine, automatic control and remote  monitoring system and so on.

Main components: automatic feeding platform, vertical hydraulic lifting system, wireless control system, video monitoring system, etc., which can realize automatic sampling and feeding, automatic sample collection and automatic sample reduction.
 
Main Components

(1) Automatic sampling and loading engineering vehicle platform

Hydraulic is used to drive engineering vehicle frame, rear wheel steering, two pole transmission structure. At the front end, the bucket is installed with a bent arm, and the telescopic arm is used for sampling and feeding. The cab is set in the front left of the front of the vehicle, which is convenient for operation and driving, and can also observe the sampling position and equipment operation

(2) Electric roller belt conveyor

Due to the limitation of the car body space, the belt conveyor can not use the conventional motor + reducer structure, so it needs to design a small drive device to drive. The electric drum is small in size and can realize frequency conversion and speed regulation. The control system calculates the running speed automatically according to the signal feedback of the material weighing system, and controls the corresponding speed to form a closed-loop control. The operation is energy-saving and reliable.

(3) Vertical hydraulic lifting system

Limited by the space of the car body, the traditional large chain or wire rope hoist can not be placed on the car body due to the influence of the volume. It is required that a bucket elevator with a capacity of 160L should be installed in the space of 600x600mm for sample preparation. The lifting height should be 1800mm and the maximum weight of material should be 250kg. Considering comprehensively, the hydraulic lifting mode and independent hydraulic power unit drive are selected, which has the advantages of stable hydraulic operation and low failure rate. The running guide rail is fixed at the bottom of the car body, and the front side is connected with the frame of conveyor belt conveyor to ensure the stability of the running state. Interlock device is set up on the lifting circuit of hydraulic cylinder to ensure that the lifting hopper can be locked in the running position in case of failure during the full load lifting process of materials, so as to avoid the danger of falling impact on the vehicle body and other devices.

(4) Multi mode wireless control system

The intelligent mobile online sampling vehicle is composed of engineering vehicle body, automatic feeding, feeding belt conveyor, secondary harvester, feeding No.1 belt conveyor, feeding No.2 belt conveyor, hydraulic elevator, waste sample belt conveyor, generator system, monitoring system and many other equipment. According to the provisions of iso3082 international standard for mechanical sampling and preparation, it has a variety of sampling and preparation modes.

Because the intelligent mobile online sampling vehicle is controlled by a single person, mobile controller must be used for control. WLAN signal communication mode is adopted to complete equipment control, field information input and video remote transmission.
