Fire Assay Tool Crucible Pouring Trolley with Mould
Pouring Trolley can be used together with pot tray and pot tong. At first, place them in front of fusion furnace in sequence as per the photo. Then use pot tong to get fusion samples out of furnace and pour into steel pouring mould. Finally invert crucibles onto pot tray.

The fire assay process uses high temperature fusion furnace and cupellation furnace whose temperature is more than 1000ºC. The high temperature radiation and pernicious gas volatilization have a serious hurt to operators health. Fire assay tools can be used to reduce manual work intensity, improve work efficiency and avoid high temperature radiation.
