Fire Assay Flux mixer, also called crucible mixer or crucible blender, is mainly used to mix fusion samples and flux during fire assay test process. Pour the sample and flux into the crucible, then put it on the crucible mixing machine, close the sealing cover, close the protective cover, start the motor to start the mixing work.
It is a necessary mixing equipment for fire assay laboratories.

Features

The rotation of mixer is driven by gear motor, which enables material inside crucibles to rotate and flip and be fully and evenly mixed. And the worm gear reducing mechanism offers fast mixing time and adjustable mixing speed.

• 5-25 samples can be mixed at the same time, saving mixing time and improving efficiency;

• The structure of the equipment is simple, and the rotating flap is directly driven by the geared motor, so that the material can be turned back and forth to achieve uniform mixing;
